Game 2
Marc Cusina and Jeff Sacks started off with singles, so they could wait for their buddy, Donnie Herrod to launch a towering center field home run which hit the sidewalk and bounced into the trees to start the first inning, 3-0. LPI was silent until the top of the 3rd with a hit from Keith Falcone which appeared to be your basic long single, and turned on the after burners for a TRIPLE, then Marc Cusina pushed the sac fly to increase the score 4-1. By the 4th inning it was all over for Orbin as the first batter, Ryan smashed a homerun followed by doubles from Ken Z., Cusina, Ted and singles from Bob, Dave K. ending the score at 10-1. In the 6th inning, Scott and Eric finished their slow pitch tournament early and decided to join in the fun with Eric hitting the first pitch for a "rope shot" home run into center field and Scott's hitting the first pitch for a double down the 3rd base line, ending the score at: 12-4. A few more insurance runs in the top of the 7th with a double from Ryan and a home run from Tommy into left center field. The game ended at 14-4.

Pikesville Middle School Field #4
Attman's Deli vs Kings
Game 1
The opening day double header between Attman's and the Kings ended in a sweep for Attman's who took the opener in five innings 14-1. The Kings opened the t-1st with a Kenny Salzman leadoff homerun. It was all downhill for the Kings     from there. Attman's scored 4 runs in b-1st, the key hit a Warren Scudder 2-run HR to deep RF. With 1 out in the b-2nd, Attman's Rob Ressin lined a shot off the forehead of Kings starter Jeff Goldstein. After a 10 minute delay, Goldstein was able to leave the field under his own power (He was able to drive home himself after the doubleheader and Sunday night reported that, other than a huge lump on the forehead, he was fine). Attman's then went on to score 6 runs in the inning--the key hit a 2-RBI triple by Detour Dave Sandler. Attman's added their final 4 runs in the b-3rd led by RBI singles from Sandler and Rick Farley.

Game 2
Game two became a nail biter as Attman's took an early lead of 10 -3 against Kings starter Chuck Grant before the Kings closed to 12-8 in the sixth and 12-11 with the tie run on second and the winning run on first in the bottom of the seventh with two out. The game ended when Eisenberg was able to retire Rick Amernick on a  routine fly to left field.
Hitting stars for Attman's were the shortstop Ricky Farley who went 5-7 with a walk and 5 RBI, and Warren Scudder who was 6-7 and hit for the cycle, scoring 4 times and gathering 6 RBI. Bruce Eisenberg gained both wins.
